Bobby J. Webber VANDALIA -- A Smithboro man is facing three felony counts among four charges in Fayette County Court. Bobby J. Webber, 36, is facing criminal trespassing to a residence with a person present. Information on the charge alleges that Webber entered a residence in the 200 block of North Kennedy Boulevard in Vandalia.
