SPRINGFIELD — Officials of Lincoln Land Community College (LLCC) and the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) signed an agreement Wednesday enhancing their partnership to ensure a smooth transition for LLCC students to complete bachelor’s degrees at UIS.
