NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis City Council met in regular session on Monday, Oct. 25. Scott Hunt, representing WHKS Engineers, Planners & Surveyors located in Springfield, introduced himself and his firm to the council. SPRINGFIELD -- A Hillsboro man has admitted to enticing a 16-year-old minor for sexually explicit content. Andrew B.
