Leto D. Voudrie, 83, of Moweaqua, died February 15, 2022 in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Leto was born on October 29, 1938 in Mulberry Grove, the son of Clarence and Oneta (Knable) Voudrie. HERRICK -- The Herrick Village Board approved its annual rise in water and sewer rates in their monthly meeting on Thursday, Feb. 10. Water service will be increasing by five percent, while sewer service is increasing by 80 percent. The decision was met with some reluctance.
