Taylorville HS employee arrested on meth charges

TAYLORVILLE -- An internal investigation has resulted in the arrest of a Taylorville High School employee for drug use. Officials from Taylorville Police Department and district administrators started an investigation two weeks ago. The investigation comes following a tip that a current employee was bringing methamphetamine into the high school and using while on duty. CC4-H makes blanket donations in Taylorville

TAYLORVILLE — The 4-H Youth Leadership Team hosted a community service workshop last month at the Christian County Extension Office. The 4-H Youth Leadership Team and 4-H members in the county would donate fleece material to make blankets. Youth participants would help make tie blankets. HILLSBORO -- Montgomery County Clerk Sandy Leitheiser reports that the County Clerk’s office recently received a copy of the 2021 Illinois Department of Corrections Jail Inspection Report. HILLSBORO/JACKSONVILLE -- A Hillsboro woman with a last known address in Waverly wanted in several Central Illinois counties on various charges is back on the run.
