If you own a business, advertising on Heartland Newsfeed is a great way to promote your product and support local multimedia in our area.

But what if you want to support locally-owned local journalism? Well, that’s where the Heartland Newsfeed Patrons come in.

Although your contribution is not tax-deductible, it does support local journalism. This model is quite common in supporting podcasts and Websites across the country.

And it doesn’t matter if it’s $1 or $100 or $1000. You don’t have to feel obligated to contribute at all and you can always read our content for free. You can be anonymous or we will gladly let you proudly proclaim “Hell, yes I support Heartland Newsfeed!”

We are an advertising-driven model and we will NOT make you sign up, log in or subscribe, although you can receive our newsletter every morning with a simple sign-up.

The partners and employees of Heartland Newsfeed are committed to local journalism. It’s why we have been around for nearly a decade.

We aren’t some out-of-town multimedia conglomerate here to pull dollars out of our communities. We are people with deep, multi-generational roots here. We are your friends and neighbors, and we want to employ more of them.

Thank you for considering becoming a Heartland Newsfeed Patron.
