COLLINSVILLE/PANA -- A suspect was in custody by Illinois State Police Saturday afternoon, Apr. 2 a few hours after two women were found dead in the Collinsville area. Bobby J. Webber VANDALIA -- A Smithboro man is facing three felony counts among four charges in Fayette County Court. Bobby J. Webber, 36, is facing criminal trespassing to a residence with a person present.
