Mylan finalizes $465 million settlement over EpiPen billing lawsuit

WASHINGTON (UPI) -- Mylan, the drug company that manufactures the anti-allergy injector EpiPen, finalized a $465 million settlement with the federal government stemming from allegations it over-billed Medicaid for the drug.
