State police investigates fatal Thanksgiving Eve accident in Logan County

LINCOLN (Heartland Newsfeed) -- The Illinois State Police and ISP District 09 are investigating a Thanksgiving Eve accident that has resulted in one fatality. CHICAGO (UPI) -- More than 300 government employees in Chicago learned they would lose their jobs just two days before Thanksgiving, due to budget cuts.
