FILLMORE — Norman Lee Stout, 87, of Fillmore, died Monday, March 18, 2024, at Hillsboro Health in Hillsboro.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 22, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in rural Ramsey, with Pastor Joe Lawson officiating. Friends and family may gather at the cemetery at 10 a.m. on Friday.

Mr. Stout was born on Jan. 17, 1937, in Ramsey, the son of Louie G. and Edith Pauline (Craig) Stout. He married Judy M. Floberg on May 5, 1962, in Sandwich. He was a retired truck driver for National Transport and was a former member of the Teamsters Union.

Mr. Stout is survived by his wife Judy Stout of Fillmore, daughters Norma Morgan of Herrick, Natalie Stout of Greenville, and Nancy Stites of Fillmore, brother David (Diana) Stout of Plano, sisters Florence Keay of Plano and Veda Stout of Ramsey, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one on-the-way.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Bobby and Joe, sister Judy Lynn Crouch, and three grandchildren.

Memorials may be made out to Mt. Carmel Cemetery, rural Ramsey. Miller Funeral Home in Fillmore is in charge of arrangements. Online memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.millerfh.net.
