Martin will become the new director of broadcasting and radio "Voice of the Salukis." CARLINVILLE -- Law enforcement authorities have captured a suspect with links to a shooting Wednesday night in Carlinville. Carlinville Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Johnson Street where a man was reported shot. 37-year-old Dana Morgan Jr. would receive life-saving treatment at the scene. The ongoing case involves a county jail corrections officer accused of storing guns illegally for a felon.
