MT. VERNON -- A 45-year-old Mt. Vernon man charged with reckless homicide was ordered detained in the Jefferson County Jail after the court found he is likely a threat to the community. Robert A. Lewis is accused of striking 62-year-old Thomas Taylor with his pickup truck Tuesday following a dispute between the two men in a Mt. Vernon alley.
