RANTOUL -- A Champaign County-based upstart film studio was a recipient of a grant from the State of Illinois oriented toward film production last month. A press release on February 28 revealed that Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) announced $10 million in grant funding for local film studio infrastructure projects.
