NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis City Council met in regular session on Monday, Oct. 25. Tornadoes confirmed in Missouri’s Lead Belt, southwestern Illinois

ST. MARY, FREDERICKTOWN and FARMINGTON, Mo./CHESTER, Ill. -- The National Weather Service (NWS) in St. Louis confirms that tornadoes touched down Sunday evening throughout the bi-state region. SPRINGFIELD -- A Hillsboro man has admitted to enticing a 16-year-old minor for sexually explicit content. Andrew B. Collins, 32, of Hillsboro, made the admission during a change-of-plea hearing Friday.
