Nokomis approves COVID-19 grant payments

NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis City Council would approve $1,000 payments to seven of eight business applicants to the city's grant program. The program, directed at businesses struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was available for a short period of time. ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Minnesota United acquired Callum Montgomery over the weekend in a deal with FC Dallas. A fourth-round MLS SuperDraft pick is going to Dallas in exchange for the 23-year-old defender. Additionally, FC Dallas will receive $50,000 in general allocation funds.
