BLOOMINGTON — Dan White, a farmer from Irving, was elected to the GROWMARK Board of Directors.
White has served on FS boards for 33 years and is currently president of the M&M Service Company board. He is also a longtime member of the Montgomery County Farm Bureau.
White was elected to a three-year term during GROWMARK’s Annual Meeting.
White and his wife, Michelle, who farm in partnership with their son, Nicholas, have two children and two grandchildren. They grow corn, soybeans and wheat and also have a cattle finishing operation and grain hauling business.
GROWMARK’s Board of Directors consists of 19 farmers. Decisions made by the board influence and shape GROWMARK’s future to best serve its member cooperatives and fulfill its purpose of helping to feed and fuel the world.
