Nokomis library to hold garden walk

NOKOMIS — The Board of Trustees of the Nokomis Township Public Library will host a garden walk on Saturday, June 22.

Six unique and interesting yards in and around Nokomis will be on showcase during this event from 9 a.m. to noon. Each garden will also feature artwork from local area artists.

Ticketholders will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift certificate to Nokomis Gift and Garden.

Advance tickets are available from any library trustee, members of the Nokomis Woman’s Club, or at the Nokomis Public Library, 100 N. Spruce St.

The $10 ticket cost will help in the continued operations of your local public library. Plan now for an enjoyable morning.
