We'll See About That with Ron Cey Episode 157 Leave Tom Hardy Alone! Ron Cey

CARLINVILLE – Interested students and families will have two excellent opportunities to learn more about the college application process. Blackburn College is hosting two open house events this fall. The open houses will be on Monday, October 10, and Friday, November 11, with both events beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Each open house event will be an engaging opportunity for prospective first-year and transfer students to gather important information about the college application process. Throughout the day, students and their families will tour the beautiful 80-acre campus. They will also make personal connections with current students and professors. Prospective students will also get to know what life is like as a Blackburn student.
In addition to a complimentary lunch, they will see first-hand Blackburn’s unique approach to education as the only student-managed Work Program in the nation. They will also discover how graduates build full resumes that will give them a four-year head start launching their future careers.
“Searching for a college is an exciting step in a student’s academic journey,” said Dr. Steven Lambert, Vice President for Inclusive Enrollment. “It’s so important to find a college that will be a great fit for the student. This event is a great opportunity for students and families of all backgrounds to learn about the benefits of a college degree at an affordable price.”
The Admissions and Financial Aid team will be available to answer all of your questions. They will also learn more about opportunities like the Macoupin Promise. The Macoupin Promise allows qualified graduates of Macoupin County high schools to attend Blackburn tuition-free.
