CARLINVILLE — Country music legend Tracy Lawrence is among the acts performing at the 2024 Macoupin County Fair, June 4-9 at the Macoupin County Fairgrounds in Carlinville.

Lawrence, who is headlining the grandstand on June 6, has sold over 13 million albums and charted 18 number-one hits.

Lawrence is known for hits such as 1994’s “Texas Tornado”, 1996’s “Time Marches On”, and 2004’s “Paint Me A Birmingham” among others.

Walker Montgomery is the opener for the Lawrence concert. Montgomery is an Artist to Watch selection by Country Now, Music Mayhem Magazine, Sounds Like Nashville, and The Boot.

Montgomery is a rising singer/songwriter who knows a thing or two about family tradition in the country music industry.
