The Randolph County Sheriff’s Department has released its latest report of arrests:

  • 31-year-old Joshua M. Thomas of Sparta December 26, 2023, by Sparta Police on a St Clair County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge. Is incarcerated.
  • 26-year-old Albert J. Kernan of Tilden December 27, 2023, by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended, and a St Clair County warrant for failure to appear for operating uninsured motor vehicle. Transported to St Clair County.
  • 50-year-old Anissa J. Parker of Steeleville December 27, 2023, by Chester Police for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Pretrial Release.
  • 22-year-old Zackary E. Mueller of Coulterville December 29, 2023, by Steeleville Police for driving while license suspended. Pretrial Release.
  • 53-year-old Jerald L. Copple of Ellis Grove was arrested on December 29, 2023, by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
  • 64-year-old Jackie B. Martin of Cutler December 30, 2023, by Steeleville Police for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Pretrial Release.
  • 46-year-old Tosha R. Gladson of Coulterville December 30, 2023, by Steeleville Police for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine & unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Is incarcerated.
  • 43-year-old Brent A. Lee of Chester December 30, 2023, by Chester Police for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and methamphetamine delivery. Is incarcerated.
  • 30-year-old James J. Simunich of Evansville December 30, 2023, by Chester Police for unlawful possession of methamphetamine & obstructing justice. Pretrial Release.
  • 24-year-old Cristian N. Lopez Amaya of Cape Girardeau MO, December 31, 2023, by Chester Police for no driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle & speeding. Pretrial Release.
  • 52-year-old James O. Partridge of Murphysboro December 31, 2023, by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for escape & an Illinois Dept of Corrections warrant for unlawful possession of weapons by a felon. Is incarcerated.
