
ARCOLA — A health fair and a blood drive are coming to Arcola within the next week.
D&M Woodcrafts will be hosting a community blood drive on Tuesday, Sept. 27. The drive will be inside the business at 421 E. County Road 200 North in Arcola from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Douglas County Health Department is co-hosting a community health fair on Friday, Sept. 30. The fair, in conjunction with the Arcola Lions Club, will offer health resources to Douglas County residents over the age of 50.
The health fair will be at the Arcola Center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
All health screenings, presentations, and offerings are available at no cost to attendees. A light lunch will also be provided.
