You may be taking out your stress on your family or reacting badly to normal situations. If this is the case, then it may be that you need to change jobs. If you do, then you will be able to feel the difference in your emotional state and that you are happier at home as a result. It would not hurt to seek the counsel of a mental health professional to help you manage stress.

You’re too comfortable at your job

You may think that being comfortable and confident in your role shows success. You might even believe that you are in the right job. This is not always the case. It could be a sign of being too comfortable at the job with no intent to work elsewhere.

Solution

To truly thrive, put yourself in uncomfortable situations from time to time. If not, then you aren’t doing yourself any favors. If you want a satisfying job, why not go to nursing school and train for the medical sector? Why not pursue another trade?
