SPRINGFIELD -- The owner of a rental car business with ties to Jacksonville has been indicted by a grand jury in Sangamon County. Urgent Rent-a-Car owner Jordan J. Monroe received his indictment Thursday on charges of insurance fraud, according to WLDS.
