FARMERSVILLE -- The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has announced the replacement of the bridge decks on the overpasses at Virden Avenue and North 33rd Avenue over Interstate 55 in Montgomery County. Closure of the bridges will be necessary while the improvements are being made. Work begins today, Tuesday, April 1. Interstate 57 interchange project to advertise bids this winter

MATTOON — The highly-anticipated reconstruction of the Interstate 57 interchange at Illinois Route 16 in Mattoon will be advertised for bids as soon as this winter, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). Illinois 103 closed for work in Schuyler County

RUSHVILLE — Illinois Route 103 between U.S. 24 and U.S. 67 in Schuyler County closed beginning Monday as crews remove and resurface more than seven miles of the road.
