NOKOMIS/TAYLORVILLE (Heartland Newsfeed) -- Two Nokomis siblings are facing aggravated identity theft charges following an incident involving the theft of a elderly Taylorville woman's debit card. Facing charges are Sarah M. Hopping, 22, of Nokomis, and Travis J. Hopping, 20, of Pana. The Hoppings are accused of stealing the purse of an elderly Taylorville woman and making $1,625.85 in fraudulent charges within the area.
