NOKOMIS -- A crucial emergency service in the Nokomis area has demoted its service level of operations during a special meeting on Thursday, Dec. 21. NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis Chamber of Commerce met Thursday, November 9 at noon for its final meeting of the 2023 calendar year at Demi's Diner. Nokomis Chamber discusses fall rummage, fruit sales

NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis Chamber of Commerce met at noon on Thursday, September 7 inside the council chambers at the city complex. Secretary Roger Blankenship made an announcement that he is resigning and retiring from the Chamber after 43 years. His resignation and retirement were approved by members in attendance. NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis City Council heard the results of its annual fiscal audit during its August 28 regular session. All members were present with the exception of Commissioner Lou Stauder.
