(UPI) -- Apple on Wednesday agreed to pay $113 million to settle a lawsuit brought by 33 states and Washington, D.C., accusing the company of intentionally slowing down speeds on older iPhones in order to increase sales of newer models. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Just weeks after All Elite Wrestling (AEW) marked the first year anniversary of its weekly flagship episodic wrestling show Dynamite, the wrestling promotion is marking another milestone. WILMINGTON, Del. -- A leading cryptocurrency lender is requesting bankruptcy protection as a result of some alleged shady dealings. Cryptocurrency lender CRED Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Saturday before the United States Bankruptcy Court in Delaware. According to its filing, CRED lists estimated assets between $50 million and $100 million. Their current liabilities range from $100 million to $500 million, but the actual figure is not known.
