WASHINGTON (UPI) -- Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher Roy Halladay was performing stunts and had high levels of amphetamines in his system when he crashed his small plane into the Gulf of Mexico and died in 2017, according to a report released Wednesday by the National Transportation Safety Board. Christian McCaffrey to become highest-paid RB in Carolina Panthers history

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (UPI) -- The Carolina Panthers are making star running back Christian McCaffrey the highest-paid player at his position in NFL history.
