Martin, 23, continues to face trial delays in three different counties: Montgomery, Morgan and Sangamon. HILLSBORO -- The deadline to make payment on the second installment on Montgomery County property taxes is quickly approaching. County treasurer Nikki Lohman reminds county real estate taxpayers that the deadline to make the second installment is Friday, Sept. 4.
