PANA -- The Pana CUSD #8 school board gave approval to its 2022-23 fiscal budget during its regular meeting on Monday, June 20. Richmiller gets 40 years for sex crimes

QUINCY — Judge Timothy Wessel has sentenced a Quincy man to 40 years in prison. An Adams County jury found Tylar N. Richmiller, 27, guilty of two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault in April. He was also found guilty of four counts of criminal sexual assault. Wessel handed down two ten-year sentences for the predatory criminal sexual assaults.
