The bill, House Bill 2557, introduced by Representative Sonya Harper of Chicago, would amend the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act by requiring the state’s Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to issue delivery licenses to cannabis businesses in the state. CHAMPAIGN -- The Parkland College Board of Trustees voted to approve an increase of tuition and fees starting with the Summer 2025 term. The board approved an increase of 4.2 percent to both tuition and fees for in-district students.
