HILLSBORO -- The University of Illinois Extension office in Montgomery County will be offering the state-mandated Certified Food Protection Managers class and exam. HILLSBORO -- A machinery-related accident late last week at the Deer Run Mine in Hillsboro resulted in a fatality.
