RUSHVILLE — Illinois Route 103 between U.S. 24 and U.S. 67 in Schuyler County closed beginning Monday as crews remove and resurface more than seven miles of the road. Work is expected to be completed by the end of August, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.  The $12 million project will include stabilizing road slopes east of Sand Ridge Road and replacing guardrails.
