JEFFERSON CITY -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ (MoDNR) Financial Assistance Center (FAC) invites communities to apply for below-market financing for capital projects through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund programs.
