MATTOON -- The long-awaited Emerald Acres officially opened Thursday, Feb. 6, according to a social media post from the developer, Cleveland-based Goodman Real Estate. FORSYTH -- Forsyth residents filled the public library Thursday evening to discuss a potential dispensary opening in the village.
