MATTOON — Construction continues on the Emerald Acres sports complex and shopping center near Interstate 57 in Mattoon. DECATUR -- Decatur will soon have another option for quick-service Tex-Mex cuisine. A Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant has been planned to open at 3116 Water St. in the Brettwood Village shopping center, according to building permit records. CHARLESTON — The highly-anticipated Sonic restaurant at 107 W. Lincoln Ave. in Charleston will be open at the beginning of August, according to a company spokesperson.
