HILLSBORO -- Montgomery County Clerk Sandy Leitheiser is reporting the office is receiving a huge response regarding voting by mail, with 1,200 postcards received in response for ballots via mail. HILLSBORO -- A Montgomery County circuit court judge is denying a recent challenge to the Illinois High School Association's (IHSA) recent COVID-19 guidelines on sports.
