HILLSBORO -- Montgomery County is reporting its eighth COVID-19 death in the same week the first school student tests positive, as cases and positive tests tick upward. NOKOMIS -- According to a report from the Nokomis Memorial Park District, they have some good news for their pool. However, there's a slight bit of extra work to do until then. HILLSBORO -- Montgomery County Clerk Sandy Leitheiser is reporting the office is receiving a huge response regarding voting by mail, with 1,200 postcards received in response for ballots via mail.
