- Independent presidential candidate Kanye West kicked off the ballot via a 5-1 vote due to a late filing.
- Independent presidential candidate Kyle Kopitke kicked off the ballot via a 6-0 vote for lack of enough signatures.
- Green Party presidential ticket of Howie Hawkins and Angela Walker with no action with 3-3 deadlocks to remote or place on the ballot. The matter will likely be continued in court.
