Stale air makes people sluggish; fresh air keeps them sharp. Good ventilation removes indoor pollutants and brings in cleaner outdoor air, but not all systems do this well. Many older buildings rely on outdated HVAC systems that recirculate the same air. 

To make a noticeable impact, consider adding industrial-grade directional fans. These fans improve airflow by directing fresh air exactly where it’s needed.
