NOKOMIS — Registration has been underway for the 2023-24 academic year at St. Louis School in Nokomis and will continue through May 1.
St. Louis School is a state-accredited Pre-K through eighth-grade Catholic school offering a very low teacher-to-student ratio in a Christ-centered, academic-focused setting and cooperative extracurricular activities such as cheerleading, scholastic bowl, band, softball, baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and volleyball.
St. Louis School students experience prayer and the word of God each and every day in a small classroom setting
Registration information is available on their website. Transportation is also available to and from school along with tuition assistance as needed.
For additional information about registration, call St. Louis School at (217) 563-7445.
PANA — Sacred Heart School in Pana will hold preschool registration for the 2023-24 academic year on Thursday, April 20 and Friday, April 21.
Registrants will need to contact the Parish office at (217) 562-5396 to schedule an appointment with Chrissy Nollman for tuition information and a $40 book fee. As an alternative, the book fee and registration information can be put inside a locked black mailbox outside the Parish office.
Registrants will need to contact the school’s office at (217) 562-2425 to complete registration with Theresa Pollman. Four documents will need to be submitted by the first day of the new academic year. They include a copy of the child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and lead screening as well as a physical examination.
Current preschool students already have these documents on record and will not have to resubmit that documentation.
Parents can download and print the registration forms from the school’s website. They should complete the forms to return at the time of registration.
