NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Just what the hell is AEW World Champion Kenny Omega doing in IMPACT Wrestling?

It has been a point of discussion across the wrestling world since last week’s Dynamite. It’s still difficult to comprehend or believe in Omega’s sudden heel turn.

Nevertheless, Omega will be appearing tonight on IMPACT! on AXS TV and various other broadcast mediums. Hopefully, we will be hearing from Omega to get some answers.

Is this the long-awaited collaboration between the two companies?

Rich Swann and Chris Bey on opposing ends in tag team action

In mere days, IMPACT World Champion Rich Swann defends the title against Chris Bey at Final Resolution. Before then, both will meet in a huge tag-team main event.

Moose has his eyes on the reigning champion, while Willie Mack is out for revenge.

Bey wants to make a statement before the most important match of his career.

Swann wants to stand his ground atop the mountain.

The Knockouts Tag Team Tournament continues

The final opening-round match of the Knockouts Tag Team Tournament takes place tonight.

Reigning Knockouts champion Deonna Purrazzo and Kimber Lee will take on veterans Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary.

Tournament action has been fast and furious so far. Havok & Nevaeh, Jordynne Grace & Jazz, and Kiera Hogan & Tasha Steelz are among the teams advancing? Who’s going to join them?

Chris Sabin takes on Josh Alexander

The Motor City Machine Guns are fighting their way back into the tag team title picture. They would defeat XXXL last week. Their focus moves on to The North. Chris Sabin battles Josh Alexander in singles action tonight.

Alexander was instrumental in taking Alex Shelley out of action following a vicious piledriver.

Will Sabin exact revenge for his partner? Or will Alexander prove why he’s called the Walking Weapon?

Eric Young and Cody Deaner in action

Eric Young and Joe Doering have recently been sending cryptic messages in the form of violent attacks on unsuspecting IMPACT talent. The ongoing message: this world belongs to them.

Last week, the duo would target The Deaners. It would result in a match between Young and Cody Deaner.

The fight for respect: Myers vs. TJP

Brian Myers has made it incredibly clear that he doesn’t respect his peers in the locker room. The Most Professional Wrestler would recently laugh in the face of Swoggle, Crazzy Steve, and others. A recent confrontation would involve TJ Perkins (aka TJP).

Now the two veterans will face off as TJP seeks to teach Myers a lesson in respect.

The live broadcast begins at 8 p.m. Eastern/7 p.m. Central on AXS and on Twitch.tv among other broadcast providers.

The broadcast has ended and the video on demand of the broadcast is below.
