BONN, Germany (UPI) -- International experts in a new scientific study warned on Thursday that pandemics like COVID-19 will emerge more often in the future unless more targeted efforts are made to control them. GUIZHOU, China (UPI) -- A bus that included high school students en route to taking China's college entrance exam crashed into a lake in the southwestern province of Guizhou, killing 21 people, according to state media on Tuesday.
