Illinois to start accepting tax returns Monday

Illinois taxpayers to wait a month for state tax refunds

SPRINGFIELD (Heartland Newsfeed) -- If you usually file your taxes in February, you can file your tax return, but you will likely be waiting a month until your receive your refund.
