NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis Chamber of Commerce met Thursday, November 9 at noon for its final meeting of the 2023 calendar year at Demi's Diner. NOKOMIS -- For two weeks, the Nokomis Public Library will be closed due to making the final transition and moving to its new location. LLCU donates to Nokomis library

NOKOMIS -- Land of Lincoln Credit Union -- LLCU -- has given the new Nokomis library additional funds to complete its project. In a press release from LLCU earlier this week, the bank donated $10,000 towards the project. A check was presented to library trustees on May 8.
