MATTOON -- The Lake Land College Foundation will host its annual Golf Classic soon. The event will be on Friday, Sept. 30, at the Mattoon Golf and Country Club. MATTOON -- Enrollment for the summer interim session at Lake Land College is up nearly 9%. Students are taking advantage of the historic $100 tuition guarantee and flex-scheduling options. More than 1,400 students are enrolled this summer, resulting in an 8.8% increase in head counts. It is also an 8.1% increase in full-time equivalency.
