Venezuela testing Petro-based minimum wage hike
CARACAS, Venezuela (Heartland Newsfeed) -- Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro announced that Venezuelans will be paid a minimum of 0.5 Petro (PTR) following the implementation of his monetary reforms this week.
