WOONSOCKET, R.I. (UPI) -- CVS Health has announced it will buy insurer Aetna for about $69 billion, a deal which potentially could reshape America's healthcare industry. Both companies announced the acquisition Sunday, which had been the subject of negotiations for months. WOONSOCKET, R.I. (UPI) -- Retail drug store giant CVS Health Corp. on Sunday agreed to buy Aetna Inc. for $69 billion, unnamed sources with knowledge of the deal said.
