Heartland Newsfeed impacted by service outage

NOKOMIS -- Heartland Newsfeed's newsroom operations came to a temporary halt over the Independence Day holiday weekend. At around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, we started noticing access issues to the website, as well as the server backend. We would receive a notification confirming this issue from our web host, Hivelocity. Early deadlines for submissions

Due to the upcoming Christmas and New Year's Day holidays, Heartland Media Group of Central Illinois & Eastern Missouri is setting early deadlines for news and advertising publication for both weeks. Deadlines for Christmas week We will accept news items and advertising during business hours on Monday, December 23 and submissions should arrive no later than 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve, December 24.
