FARMERSVILLE -- As the temperatures rise, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church will be hosting free ice cream socials during the month of July. QUINCY — Judge Timothy Wessel has sentenced a Quincy man to 40 years in prison. An Adams County jury found Tylar N. Richmiller, 27, guilty of two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault in April. He was also found guilty of four counts of criminal sexual assault. Wessel handed down two ten-year sentences for the predatory criminal sexual assaults. The bi-state region will be under a heat advisory beginning mid-morning on Monday. Temperatures are to be in the 90s to 100s, with heat indexes in the 110s. STAUNTON -- The first reading of an ordinance to update the city's zoning map took place during the Staunton City Council's meeting on Monday night, Mar. 14.
